For IHC(P), use heat-induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
Target Information
The photoreceptor-specific nuclear receptor (PNR) is a recently identified nuclear transcription factor. PNR expression pattern appears to be restricted in the retina, specific to photoreceptor cells. PNR has been shown to share structural similarity with TLX, an orphan receptor.
