Product Specific Information
1 µg/mL의 MA5-45274는 transiently transfected Hela cell lysate 20 µg에서 tsp23 검출에 충분하였으며, Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP를 2차 항체로 사용한 colorimetric immunoblot 분석에서 약 19 kDa의 밴드를 검출합니다.
Tsp23을 특이적으로 검출하며 p23과 교차 반응하지 않습니다.
Target Information
포유류 세포는 조직 특이적 발현 패턴을 가진 p23 homolog를 포함하며, tsp23은 심장과 골격근에서 발현됩니다. 반면 p23은 간, 신장, 폐, 흉선, 난소, 비장 및 위에서 발현됩니다.
