Product Specific Information
- Reconstitute antibody with 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW).
- Store the reconstituted solution at 4°C for up to 1 week.

Target Information
CACNA1C encodes the alpha-1 subunit of a voltage-dependent calcium channel, which mediates calcium ion influx upon membrane polarization. The alpha-1 subunit contains 24 transmembrane segments forming the ion-conducting pore. The calcium channel is composed of alpha-1, alpha-2/delta, beta, and gamma subunits in a 1:1:1:1 ratio.
Multiple isoforms exist due to gene variation or alternative splicing. The CACNA1C protein binds to and is inhibited by dihydropyridine.
