Target Information
LRRC19은 세포 부착, 신호전달, 선천면역 등 다양한 기능을 수행하는 extracellular leucine-rich repeat superfamily 단백질군에 속합니다.
TLR3를 비롯한 Toll-like receptor(TLR)과 유사하며, NF-kappa-B를 활성화하고 염증성 사이토카인 생성을 유도할 수 있습니다.
일부 연구에서는 LRRC19가 특정 병원체 인식 및 면역 반응에 관여하며, 항암제 Src inhibitor AZD0530에 대한 췌장 종양 감수성의 잠재적 바이오마커로 제시되었습니다.
