Target Information
RECK는 시스테인 풍부한 세포외 단백질로, 프로테아제 억제 도메인을 가지며 다양한 종양 및 온코진에 의해 전환된 세포에서 발현이 강하게 억제됩니다. 정상 세포에서는 막에 결합된 당단백질로서 종양 침윤 및 전이에 관여하는 주요 효소인 matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)의 음성 조절자로 작용할 수 있습니다.
