Product Specific Information
The HI30 monoclonal antibody reacts with all isoforms of human CD45 (Leukocyte Common Antigen, LCA). CD45 is expressed by all hematopoietic cells excluding erythrocytes and platelets. It possesses tyrosine phosphatase activity and plays a key role in lymphocyte activation.
- Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
- Applications Tested: Pre-diluted and tested on human peripheral blood cells
- Recommended use: 5 µL (0.125 µg) per test (100 µL final volume)
- Cell count range: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test
Brilliant Violet™ 711 (BV711)
- Tandem dye emitting at 713 nm, excitable by 405 nm laser

CD45 (LCA) is a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase expressed on all nucleated hematopoietic cells, constituting ~10% of lymphocyte surface proteins. It is absent from non-hematopoietic tissues and plays a crucial role in lymphocyte development and antigen signaling.
