Target Information

Human IgG4 (human immunoglobulin G4)는 항원에 대한 면역 반응에서 생성되는 인간 IgG 항체의 아형(subclass)입니다. 혈액 내 가장 적은 양으로 존재하며 병원체 방어에는 제한적인 역할을 합니다. IgG4는 특정 항원에 결합하여 식세포작용(phagocytosis) 및 보체 활성화(complement activation)를 통해 제거를 촉진합니다. 또한 면역 관용(immune tolerance)과 염증 억제(suppression of inflammation)에 관여합니다.

Human IgG4는 병원체에 대한 면역 반응 연구, 진단 테스트 개발, 자가면역 질환 치료제 연구 등에 활용될 수 있습니다.
