Target Information
Disheveled DVL2는 dishevelled (dsh) 단백질 패밀리에 속하며, 척추동물 dsh 단백질은 초파리 dsh와 약 40%의 아미노산 서열 유사성을 보입니다. 이 유전자는 90-kD 단백질을 암호화하며, 번역 후 인산화되어 95-kD 세포질 단백질로 전환됩니다. DVL2는 여러 Wnt 단백질에 의해 매개되는 신호 전달 경로에서 중요한 역할을 하며, metazoan 종들 간에 그 기능이 보존되어 있는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
