Product Specific Information
- 보관 전 4°C에서 보관하며, 장기 보관 시 분주 후 -20°C 이하에서 냉동 보관합니다.
- 반복적인 동결/해동은 피해야 합니다.
- 실온에서 방치 후 용액이 완전히 맑지 않으면 원심분리 후 사용합니다.

이 항체는 단일특이 항혈청으로부터 정제된 IgG 분획 항체로, 탈지, 염분 분획, 이온 교환 크로마토그래피 및 광범위한 투석 과정을 거쳐 제조되었습니다.
면역전기영동 분석 결과, anti-Biotin, anti-Goat Serum 및 정제된 Human Plasma Plasminogen에 대해 단일 침전 호를 형성하였습니다.
다른 종의 Plasminogen에 대한 교차 반응성은 알려져 있지 않습니다.
Target Information
Plasminogen은 주로 간에서 합성되는 혈장 단백질로, 단일 폴리펩타이드 사슬이며 분자량은 약 88.5 kDa입니다. 혈장 내 농도는 약 70–200 mg/L 범위입니다.
Plasminogen은 tissue-plasminogen activator, urokinase, streptokinase에 의해 활성화되어 Plasmin으로 전환됩니다. 활성화 시 preactivation peptide가 절단되어 방출됩니다.
Plasmin은 무거운 A-사슬(5개의 kringle 포함)과 가벼운 B-사슬(활성 부위 포함)로 구성된 트립신 유사 프로테아제로, 피브린이 주요 기질입니다.
Plasmin은 섬유소 용해(fibrinolysis)에 필수적이며, 선천적 결함으로 인한 Plasmin 감소는 재발성 혈전증, 혈전정맥염, 폐색전증 등을 유발할 수 있습니다.
