Target Information
CLEC7A (Dectin-1)는 C-type lectin/C-type lectin-like domain (CTL/CTLD) 초과가족에 속하며, 주로 골수계 세포에서 발현됩니다.
이 단백질은 작은 당단백질 형태의 type II 막 수용체로, 세포외부에 C-type lectin-like domain을 가지고 있으며 세포질에는 ITAM (immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif)을 포함합니다.
CLEC7A는 β-1,3 및 β-1,6 결합 글루칸을 인식하여 선천 면역반응에 중요한 역할을 하며, 진균 노출 시 Syk tyrosine kinase를 활성화하여 ROS 생성을 유도합니다.
