Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The GGA2 gene encodes a member of the Golgi-localized, gamma adaptin ear-containing, ARF-binding (GGA) family. These coat proteins regulate protein trafficking between the trans-Golgi network and lysosome. They contain:
- An N-terminal VHS domain that mediates sorting of mannose 6-phosphate receptors.
- A C-terminal ear domain homologous to gamma-adaptins.
GGA2 may play a key role in cargo molecule regulation and clathrin-coated vesicle assembly.
