Product Specific Information

SA1-72015 detects bovine IgG in bovine samples.
It has been successfully used in ELISA and Western blot procedures.
The immunogen is purified bovine IgG isolated from normal pooled bovine serum.

Target Information

Anti-Bovine secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for bovine (cow, ox) immunoglobulins.
They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins.
Secondary antibodies enable use of various detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and can enhance sensitivity via signal amplification.
Typically, these antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and may be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
