Target Information
MARK1 (MAP/microtubule affinity-regulating kinase 1)은 MARK 계열의 serine/threonine kinase에 속하며, 미세소관 관련 단백질을 인산화하여 세포골격 안정성에 관여합니다. MARK2는 MAP/microtubule affinity-regulating kinase 2 isoform a (Homo sapiens)을 의미하며, EMK(ELKL Motif Kinase) 계열 단백질로 세포 극성, 미세소관 안정성, 암 발생 조절에 관여합니다. MARK3는 DNA 손상 유도 인자로 처음 확인되었으며, 췌장암 발생 과정에서 MARK3의 소실이 관찰되었습니다. MARK4는 N-말단 ser/thr kinase 도메인, 중앙의 ubiquitin-associated 도메인, C-말단 KA1 kinase 도메인을 포함하며, 간세포암에서 발현이 증가된 것으로 보고되었습니다.
