Cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase with dual specificity for the second messengers cAMP and cGMP, which regulate key physiological processes. May play a role in fat metabolism and angiogenesis. Regulates cAMP binding of RAPGEF3 and forms signaling complexes with PIK3R6 and PI3K gamma.
