Target Information
E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase PDZRN3 plays an important role in regulating the surface level of MUSK on myotubes. It mediates ubiquitination of MUSK, promoting its endocytosis and lysosomal degradation, and may contribute to terminal myogenic differentiation.
