Target Information
PKMYT1 serine/threonine kinase는 신경 특이적 아연 핑거 DNA 결합 단백질 계열에 속하며, 중추신경계의 proteolipid 단백질 프로모터 영역에 결합하여 신경계 발달에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
MYT1은 희소돌기교세포 계열에서 발현되며, 포유류 중추신경계의 발달 중인 뉴런에서도 나타납니다.
재조합 PKMYT1 단편(상류 2개의 zinc finger 또는 하류 4개의 zinc finger 포함)은 PLP1 프로모터의 동일한 조절 요소에 결합하며, DNA 결합에는 Zn²⁺가 필요하지만 다른 2가 양이온은 필요하지 않습니다.
