Target Information
EZH2 (Histone-lysine N-methyltransferase)는 Polycomb-group (PcG) 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, 유전자 발현 억제 상태를 세포 세대에 걸쳐 유지하는 복합체 형성에 관여합니다. 이 단백질은 embryonic ectoderm development protein, VAV1 oncoprotein, X-linked nuclear protein과 상호작용하며, 조혈계 및 중추신경계에서 중요한 역할을 할 수 있습니다. EZH2 변이는 Weaver 증후군(WVS)을 유발할 수 있습니다.
