Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The EXOSC1 gene encodes a core component of the exosome complex.
The mammalian exosome is responsible for the rapid degradation of AU-rich element-containing RNAs but not for poly(A) shortening.
Association of this protein with the exosome is mediated by interactions with ribosomal RNA-processing proteins 42 and 46.
