Target Information
CEP120 encodes a protein involved in microtubule-dependent coupling of the nucleus and centrosome. In mouse, it contributes to interkinetic nuclear migration and neural progenitor self-renewal. Mutations may cause neurogenic defects. Alternative splicing produces multiple transcript variants.
