APC 형광단이 결합되어 유세포 분석(Flow Cytometry)에 적합합니다.
5 µL (0.5 µg)/test로 사전 적정되어 있으며, 100 µL 최종 부피 내에서 10^5–10^8 세포를 염색할 수 있습니다.
633–647 nm에서 여기되고 660 nm에서 방출되며, Red Laser에 적합합니다.
제조 후 0.2 µm 필터로 여과 처리되었습니다.
Target Information
Mouse IgG1은 항원에 대한 반응으로 B 세포에서 생성되는 IgG 항체의 아형입니다.
혈청 내 가장 풍부한 IgG 아형으로, 적응 면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
두 개의 heavy chain과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성되어 있으며, 옵소닌화, 보체 활성화, 항체 의존성 세포독성 반응에 관여합니다.
ELISA, Western blotting, Immunohistochemistry 등 다양한 연구 및 진단 응용에 사용되며, 면역치료 및 백신 개발에도 활용됩니다.
