Product Specific Information
- For immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
Transcriptional coactivator that specifically associates with either OCT1 or OCT2. It enhances OCT1-mediated promoter activity and, to a lesser extent, that of OCT2. It has no intrinsic DNA-binding activity and recognizes the POU domains of OCT1 and OCT2. This protein is essential for B-cell antigen response and germinal center formation.
