Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the RRM family of RNA-binding proteins. The RRM domain (80–100 amino acids) includes conserved motifs RNP1 and RNP2, along with several conserved hydrophobic residues. The encoded protein contains a single RRM domain in its N-terminus. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
