Target Information
LYVE1은 림프관 벽의 주요 히알루로난(HA) 수용체로 확인된 단백질입니다. 322개의 아미노산으로 구성된 type I integral membrane 단백질로, CD44 HA receptor와 41%의 유사성을 가지며, 단일 Link module을 포함한 212-잔기 세포외 도메인을 갖습니다. LYVE1은 용해성 및 고정된 HA 모두에 결합하며, CD44와 달리 림프관 내면에 위치하고 혈관에는 존재하지 않습니다. 따라서 LYVE1은 림프관 특이적 HA 수용체로, 림프관의 강력한 마커로 사용됩니다. 또한 LYVE-1은 림프관 내피세포에서 주로 발현되며, 백혈구 및 종양세포의 림프절 이동 조절에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다. 림프계는 면역세포가 항원을 인식하고 반응할 수 있는 환경을 제공하는 순환계로, LYVE1, PALE, VEGFR3, podoplanin 등이 림프 내피세포 마커로 알려져 있습니다. LYVE1 기능 이상은 Complete Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome과 관련이 있습니다.
