Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

PHF21B (PHD finger protein 21B), also known as PHF4, is a 531 amino acid protein containing a PHD-type zinc finger domain. It is expressed as multiple alternatively spliced isoforms.
The PHF21B gene is located on human chromosome 22, which encodes over 500 genes and is associated with several disorders including Phelan-McDermid syndrome, neurofibromatosis type 2, autism, and schizophrenia.
