Target Information
ACVR1B는 신호 전달과 세포 간 통신에 관여하는 serine/threonine kinase입니다. 여러 절단된 ACVR1B 이소폼이 인간 뇌하수체 종양에서 특이적으로 발현된다고 보고되었습니다. ACVR1B 변이는 췌장 선암에서도 관찰됩니다. Type I 및 II 수용체는 리간드 결합 후 안정적인 복합체를 형성하며, Type II 수용체에 의해 Type I 수용체의 인산화가 유도됩니다.
ACVR1B는 activin A type IB receptor를 암호화하며, 11개의 엑손으로 구성되어 있습니다. 대체 스플라이싱과 대체 폴리아데닐화로 인해 3개의 완전한 전사체 변형이 보고되었으며, 잠재적인 네 번째 변형은 대체 엑손 8을 포함하고 엑손 9–11이 결여되어 있으나 mRNA 발현은 아직 확인되지 않았습니다.
