Target Information
IRF3 (Interferon Regulatory Factor 3)는 type I interferon (IFN)-의존적 면역 반응의 주요 전사 조절 인자입니다. DNA 및 RNA 바이러스에 대한 선천 면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 하며, IFN-alpha 및 IFN-beta 유전자와 IFN-stimulated genes (ISG)의 전사를 조절합니다. IRF3는 IFN-beta 유전자의 더 강력한 활성화 인자로 작용하며, IFNA/B 유전자 유도 초기 및 후기 단계에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. 비감염 세포에서는 비활성 상태로 세포질에 존재하며, 바이러스 감염 또는 toll-like receptor 신호 후 IKBKE와 TBK1에 의해 인산화되어 핵으로 이동하고 CREB binding protein과 결합하여 dsRNA-activated factor 1 (DRAF1) 복합체를 형성합니다. 이 복합체는 type I IFN 및 ISG 유전자의 전사를 활성화합니다. 해당 유전자 변이는 감염 유도성 급성 뇌병증(herpes-specific 7)을 유발할 수 있습니다.
