Target Information
PIM1은 전립선암에서 상향 조절되는 원암유전자(proto-oncogene)입니다. Serine/Threonine protein kinase 계열에 속하며, 혈액세포의 신호전달에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. PIM1은 HP1 gamma/CBX3를 인산화하여 크로마틴 구조 또는 침묵화에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다. 주로 조혈계 및 생식세포 계통에서 발현됩니다.
