Target Information
FGF-6 is a secreted, heparin-binding growth factor belonging to the FGF family.
Members of this family play central roles in prenatal development, postnatal growth, and tissue regeneration by promoting cellular proliferation and differentiation.
FGF-6 is expressed in leukemia cell lines with platelet megakaryocytic differentiation potential and signals through FGFR 1c, 2c, and 4.
