Target Information

Lirilumab (IPH2102, BMS-986015)는 인간 IgG4 단일클론 항체로, 억제성 killer-cell immunoglobulin-like receptors (KIRs)인 KIR2DL1, KIR2DL2, KIR2DL3 및 활성형 KIR2DS1, KIR2DS2를 표적으로 합니다.
이 항체는 KIR2DL3의 도메인 1에 있는 입체적 에피토프에 결합하며, 결합 시 KIR2DL3의 구조적 변화를 거의 일으키지 않습니다. 결합 부위는 HLA 결합 부위와 겹쳐 있으며, 이로 인해 환자 간의 에피토프 변이에 따라 약효가 달라질 수 있습니다.
기능적으로, Lirilumab은 억제성 KIR을 차단하여 NK 세포의 종양세포에 대한 활성을 증가시킵니다. 이러한 메커니즘을 기반으로 혈액암 및 고형암에서 단독 또는 azacitidine 등 다른 약제와 병용하여 임상시험이 진행 중입니다.
