Target Information
Connexin-36 (CX36)은 주로 포유류 신경세포에서 발현되는 connexin 유전자 패밀리의 구성원입니다. Connexins는 6개의 단위가 모여 중앙공을 둘러싸는 형태로 connexon을 형성하며, 두 개의 connexon이 결합하여 gap junction 채널을 형성합니다. Connexin 유전자의 돌연변이는 기능적 및 발달적 이상을 초래할 수 있습니다.
