Target Information
RRAGC (Ras-related GTP-binding protein C)는 아미노산 가용성에 대한 세포 반응에서 중요한 역할을 하는 단일체 구아닌 뉴클레오타이드 결합 단백질입니다. RRAGC는 RRAGA 및 RRAGB와 이합체를 형성하며, 주로 세포질에 존재합니다. 이 단백질은 비활성 GTP 결합형과 활성 GDP 결합형 사이를 순환하며, 활성화된 상태에서 mTORC1을 리소좀으로 재배치하고 GTPase RHEB에 의해 활성화되도록 돕습니다. 이러한 재배치는 아미노산에 의해 TOR 신호전달 경로가 활성화되는 핵심 단계입니다.
