Target Information

CLEC5A는 TYROBP를 통한 신호 전달을 매개하는 세포 표면 수용체로, 골파골세포형성을 촉진하는 양성 조절자 역할을 합니다. 염증 반응을 조절하며, 자가면역 관절염 동안 활막 손상 및 골 침식을 조절하는 핵심 인자로 작용합니다. 또한 뎅기바이러스(Dengue virus) 1–4형의 주요 대식세포 수용체로, 바이러스 결합 시 TYROBP의 인산화를 유도하여 염증성 사이토카인 분비를 촉진하지만 바이러스의 세포 내 진입은 유발하지 않습니다.
