Target Information
ERCC1은 DNA 복구 과정에서 5' 절단을 담당하는 구조 특이적 DNA repair endonuclease의 비촉매적 구성 요소입니다.
SLX4와 함께 interstrand cross-links (ICL) 복구의 첫 단계를 수행하며, S기 또는 G2기 동안 발생하는 불완전한 DNA 손상 구조를 처리합니다.
또한 SLX4와 함께 DNA double-strand break의 homology-directed repair (HDR)에 필수적입니다.
