Anti-Rabbit 2차 항체는 토끼 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 잘 확립된 친화정제 항체로, 표적 단백질의 검출, 분리 또는 정제에 유용합니다. 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, 형광 등)과 호환되며, 여러 개의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합하여 신호 증폭을 통해 감도를 높입니다. 대부분의 2차 항체는 표적 종의 면역글로불린을 이용해 숙주 동물을 면역화하여 생성되며, 추가적으로 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 단편화, 라벨 결합 등의 과정을 통해 고특이성 시약으로 정제 및 변형됩니다.
