• In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Frizzled-1, -4, -7, or -8 is observed.
• Detects mouse Frizzled-3 on differentiated embryoid bodies derived from the mouse embryonic cell line D3 by flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry.
• Detects Frizzled-3 on human HEK293 cells by immunocytochemistry and flow cytometry.
• Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Target Information

This gene belongs to the frizzled gene family, encoding seven-transmembrane domain proteins that act as receptors for the Wingless-type MMTV integration site family of signaling proteins. Most frizzled receptors are coupled to the beta-catenin canonical signaling pathway. The exact function of this protein is unknown, but it may play a role in mammalian hair follicle development.
