Target Information
RAB3IP는 guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF)로서 RAB8A 및 RAB8B를 활성화시킵니다. GDP에서 GTP로의 교환을 촉진하여 비활성 GDP 결합형 Rab 단백질을 활성 GTP 결합형으로 전환합니다. RAB8A 및 RAB8B에서 GDP 방출을 매개하지만 RAB3A 또는 RAB5에서는 그렇지 않습니다. 액틴 조직을 조절하고 RAB8A 특이적 소포의 극성 수송을 촉진합니다. RAB11A, RAB8A, exocyst complex, PARD3, PRKCI, ANXA2, CDC42 및 DNMBP와 함께 PODXL의 apical membrane initiation sites (AMIS)로의 transcytosis, apical surface 형성 및 lumenogenesis를 촉진합니다.
