- For IHC: Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended for FFPE tissue sections.
Target Information
TCEA1 is necessary for efficient RNA polymerase II transcription elongation past template-encoded arresting sites. It contributes to suppression of transient pausing, facilitating elongation from a stall position.
TCEA1 can fuse to PLAG1 protein, which is overexpressed in epithelial, myoepithelial, and mesenchymal-like tumor cells.
