Target Information

SRPK1은 serine/threonine kinase로, 스플라이싱 인자의 세포 내 위치 조절을 통해 기본적 및 대체적 스플라이싱 조절에 관여합니다. SRPK1은 핵과 세포질 모두에 존재하며, 스플라이싱 인자의 위치 조절을 통해 스플라이싱 조절 기능을 수행하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 또 다른 대체 스플라이싱 전사체 변이가 보고되었으나, 그 전체 길이는 아직 규명되지 않았습니다.
