Applied Biosystems® TaqMan® RNase P Fast 48-Well Instrument Verification Plate는 Applied Biosystems® StepOne™ Real-Time PCR System의 성능 검증에 사용합니다. TaqMan® RNase P Fast 48-Well Instrument Verification Plate는 RNase P 효소의 RNA moiety를 인코딩하는 single-copy 유전자인 human RNase P 유전자의 genome 복제를 검출, 정량하는데 필요한 reagent가 미리 분주되어 있는 48-Well PCR Plate입니다. 각 well에는 반응 믹스(1X TaqMan® Universal PCR Master Mix, RNase P primers, FAM™ dye– 표지 probe)와 template이 들어있습니다. TaqMan® RNase P Fast 48-Well Instrument Verification Plate는 Applied Biosystems® StepOne™ Real-Time PCR Systems 설치와 동일한 요건을 충족합니다. 설치를 통과하려면 단일 well에서 추후 샘플 실험에 99.7% 신뢰수준으로 5,000 ∼ 10,000개 genome을 구별할 수 있는 성능을 입증해야 합니다. 정확한 결과를 보장하기 위해 Applied Biosystems®은 6개월 마다 기기 성능을 검증하도록 권장합니다.
