Target Information
FAAH (Fatty Acid Amide Hydrolase)는 oleamide, anandamide, myristic amide 등의 생리활성 지방산 아마이드류를 분해하여 해당 신호 분자의 기능을 종결시킵니다. 특히 polyunsaturated substrate인 anandamide를 monounsaturated substrate보다 선호하여 가수분해합니다.
