Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of ~1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The STX3 gene belongs to the syntaxin family. The encoded protein localizes to the apical membrane of epithelial cells, forming clusters essential for maintaining polarity and facilitating protein trafficking through vesicle fusion and exocytosis.
Alternative splicing generates multiple transcript variants.
