- 재용해 시, 증류수 100 µL를 첨가하여 최종 항체 농도를 약 1 mg/mL로 맞추는 것을 권장합니다.
- Conjugation 실험을 위해 carrier-free 항체를 사용할 경우, 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 수행하는 것을 권장합니다.
Target Information
WIBG는 exon junction complex (EJC)의 주요 조절 인자로, mRNA의 exon-exon 접합부 상류에 결합하여 유전자 발현 후 과정(post-transcriptional processes)을 조절합니다.
EJC 해체因자로 작용하여 번역 의존적 EJC 제거 및 재활용을 유도하며, NMD 억제 및 스플라이싱된 mRNA의 번역 촉진에 관여합니다.
RNA 결합 능력이 보고되었으나, 생리적 관련성은 명확하지 않습니다.
