Target Information

NFKB1 또는 NFKB2는 REL, RELA, RELB와 결합하여 NFKB 복합체를 형성합니다. 이 복합체는 I-kappa-B 단백질(NFKBIA, NFKBIB 등)에 의해 억제되어 세포질 내에 머무르게 됩니다. I-kappa-B 단백질의 세린 잔기 인산화는 유비퀴틴화 경로를 통해 분해를 유도하며, 이로 인해 NFKB 복합체가 활성화됩니다. 활성화된 NFKB는 핵으로 이동해 DNA의 kappa-B 결합 부위에 결합하며, STAT, AP1, NFAT 등의 전사인자와 상호작용하여 특정 유전자 발현을 조절합니다.
