Invitrogen™ Qubit™ 4 System Verification Assay Kit

Qubit 4 System Verification Assay Kit은 Qubit 4 Fluorometer의 성능을 빠르고 간편하게 검증할 수 있는 시약 기반의 분석 키트입니다.
이 키트는 다음 세 가지 구성품으로 이루어져 있습니다.

• Blank reagent solution
• Green fluorescent reagent
• Far-red fluorescent reagent

Green fluorescent reagent는 블루 여기(470 nm LED; 430–495 nm excitation filter) 및 그린 형광 검출(510–580 nm emission filter)을 테스트하며,
Far-red fluorescent reagent는 레드 여기(635 nm LED; 600–645 nm excitation filter) 및 파-레드 형광 검출(665–720 nm emission filter)을 테스트하도록 설계되었습니다.

이 키트는 최대 50회의 검증 실험에 사용할 수 있습니다.
