Target Information
Lutheran blood group glycoprotein은 면역글로불린 초과가족에 속하며, 세포외 기질 단백질인 라미닌(laminin)의 수용체로 작용합니다.
이 단백질은 다섯 개의 N-말단 세포외 면역글로불린 도메인, 하나의 막관통 도메인, 그리고 짧은 C-말단 세포질 꼬리를 포함합니다.
상피세포 암 및 겸상적혈구 질환에서의 적혈구 혈관 폐색에 관여할 수 있으며, 서로 다른 아이소폼을 암호화하는 두 가지 전사 변이가 보고되었습니다.
