- AA Sequence of recombinant protein: GPASVPTTCC FNLANRKIPL QRLESYRRIT SGKCPQKAVI FKTKLAKDIC ADPKKKWVQD SMKYLDQKSP TPKP
- Preparation: Produced from sera of goats immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human Eotaxin (CCL11). Antibody purified by affinity chromatography using immobilized Human Eotaxin (CCL11) matrix.
- Sandwich ELISA: For detection of Human Eotaxin (CCL11) using 100 µL/well antibody solution, use 0.5–2.0 µg/mL concentration. In conjunction with PeproTech Biotinylated Anti-Human Eotaxin (CCL11) (500-P41GBt) as detection antibody, enables detection of 0.2–0.4 ng/well of recombinant protein.
- Western Blot: Use at 0.1–0.2 µg/mL concentration. Detection limit for Recombinant hEotaxin is 1.5–3.0 ng/lane under reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Target Information
Eotaxin gene belongs to the Cys-Cys (CC) cytokine family located on chromosome 17q. These cytokines are secreted proteins involved in immune regulation and inflammation. Eotaxin is chemotactic for eosinophils and plays a role in eosinophilic inflammatory diseases such as atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, asthma, and parasitic infections.
