Target Information
RNase L은 바이러스에 의해 유도되는 endoribonuclease로, 인터페론의 항바이러스 작용의 최종 인자입니다. RNase L 활성화는 바이러스 증식 억제를 유도하며, RNA 분해를 통해 세포 스트레스 반응과 세포자멸(apoptosis)을 유도합니다. RNase L의 돌연변이는 전립선암 발생률 증가와 관련되어 있으며, RNase L 활성화는 apoptosis를 통해 전립선암 억제 기능을 수행합니다.
