Target Information
GARP (Leucine Rich Repeat Containing 32)은 22개의 leucine-rich repeat와 짧은 세포 내 도메인을 가진 type I 막 단백질입니다.
TCR 자극 후 Treg 및 Th 세포의 유전자 발현 분석을 통해 확인되었으며, CD4+, CD25+, FoxP3+ 세포(Treg)에서 발현됩니다.
따라서 Treg 세포의 세포 표면 마커 후보로 제안됩니다.
