Target Information
CD103 (ITGAE, Integrin alpha E)는 점막 관련 T 세포와 활성화된 세포, TGF-β1 세포 일부에서 발현되는 분자입니다. CD103은 150 kDa α-체인과 120 kDa β-체인으로 구성되어 있으며, 말초 혈액 및 림프 기관의 휴지기 림프구 중 0.5–2%에서 발현됩니다. CD103 항체는 골수 세포 일부와 드물게 말초 혈액 림프구를 염색합니다.
CD103은 α-체인과 β-체인으로 이루어진 integrin 계열의 이형이량체 막단백질로, ITGAE 유전자는 세포외 도메인에서 번역 후 절단되어 중쇄와 경쇄가 이황화 결합된 형태로 존재합니다. β7 integrin과 결합하여 E-cadherin 결합 integrin인 인간 점막 림프구-1 항원을 형성합니다. CD103은 인간 장내 상피 림프구(IEL)에 주로 발현되며, 부착뿐 아니라 IEL 활성화의 보조 분자로 작용할 수 있습니다.
CD103 기능 이상은 모발세포 백혈병(hairy cell leukemia) 및 비장 변연부 림프종(splenic marginal zone lymphoma)과 관련이 있습니다.
