Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Tryptase epsilon/BSSP-4 is observed.
- Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.
Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the trypsin family of serine proteases. The enzyme is expressed in the airways in a developmentally regulated manner. The gene is part of a cluster of serine protease genes on chromosome 16.
